Residential Cleaning
Spotless Cleaning provides excellent, professional and reliable service that will make your property SPOTLESS! We understand that life can be crazy and busy, and when you're tired and overworked, the last thing you want to do is clean your home. We offer one time, weekly, every two weeks and monthly cleaning service. We quote each property out by the Square Footage and areas that the customer wants us to focus on with a 3 hour minimum (for ex. 1 cleaner 3 hours, 2 cleaners 1.5 hours, 3 cleaners 1.0 -3 hours total) for regular cleanings. Our company provides all cleaning tools and cleaning supplies needed. Unless, the customer prefers us to use their own. Our professionally trained cleaning technicians will ensure every detail is thoroughly completed. If there is anything missed please let us know with the same day of service so we can go back and fix it.
We also recommend doing a deep clean for the first cleaning so it's easier for our team to come back and maintain. All cleaners are required to clock in/ out when arriving and leaving property.
Commercial Cleaning
Spotless Cleaning Services has been in the janitorial business for over a decade and a half. Our cleaning goal here is to provide a clean and healthy environment for all businesses. We use disinfectant that is EPA approved which helps to minimize the spread of illnesses and limits sick time. We are a fully insured company including workers compensation (where is required).
We customize each property differently whether you require cleaning on a daily, 2-3 times a week, weekly, or monthly basis. Spotless Cleaning customizes a cleaning checklist to fit your specific cleaning for your property with a monthly quality control report to make sure nothing is getting missed. We bill all commercial property monthly. All employees are required to clock in/out with our GPS app when arriving at the property and leaving.

Move in/out cleaning
Spotless Cleaning Services is here to bring you a stress free solution, helping you move without having to worry about cleaning your home or commercial property in preparation for the new owners or the next tenants to move in. All cleaners are required to clock in and out with our GPS app when arriving and leaving property and will leave a move out checklist on the counter when the job is complete. Vacation rentals
Spotless Cleaning specializes in cleaning and is now offering full Property management services for all vacation rentals (airbnb, vrbo and homeaway).

Construction and Deep Cleaning
When construction is completed either on a building or home, debris and dust is all over the project. The dust and dirt will create a health hazard if it is left uncleaned during the project. We offer cleaning services that conquer and meet your post-construction cleaning needs. After the completion of a commercial or residential construction project, everything from windows, walls, ceilings, tiles, carpets, and hard to see surfaces are left covered in dirt, paint, dust, and grime. Let our highly experienced cleaning professionals, the post construction project site will be left spotless.
Deep clean are all based hourly. Depending on square footage and the condition of the property we will assess on how many cleaners to send to your property for the deep clean. We will thoroughly ask you question about the property to provide you a base quote. If cleaners finish early or vise versa then price adjust accordingly. All cleaners are required to clock in/ out when arriving and leaving property.
